The most gratifying way to accomplish your dream or anything really worthwhile in life is to share your desire, your dream and your success with other fellow human beings and loved ones.  It has been said and demonstrated by so many people that to be truly happy and fulfilled in life, we have to give of ourselves and be a part of something bigger than us.  If feels so good to be kind and generous and to know that we are making a difference in someone’s life.  I call it developing the attitude of gratitude.

Great and Daring leaders are givers.  They understand that the more you give, the more you receive.  If you want more love, respect, support,  and compassion, give love, give respect, give support, and give compassion.  Be a mentor to others.  Give back to your community.  As Zig Ziglar once said:  ”You can get anything you want if you help enough people get what they want.”  As Sir Winston Churchill once said, “We make a living by what we get; we make a life by what we give.”For most of the women we interviewed, giving back or sharing with others was, by far, the most important of the 7 principles and furthermore one of the main reasons for their success.

Life always gives you back what you give out.  Whenever you are experiencing lack or limitation in your life, the action of giving and/or sharing will open you up to something bigger and greater.   And it is so easy when you think about all the things you can give: appreciation, love, time, money, knowledge, ideas, connections, friendship, kindness, experience, intimacy and the list goes on.   Get in the habit of sharing.

How Do I Dare to Share?

  • Share the wealth. Implement a “Refer a friend” referral program and reward people for referring your business to others. As a small business owner, you may want to consider implementing a “refer a friend” marketing program. There are several reasons why this is a wise move. Word of mouth marketing costs almost nothing to implement, and if your business is continually recommended, it, obviously will continue to grow. There are several forms that this marketing by referral program could take. One form is based on the idea that your current customers are rewarded for referring their friends to your business. The key is this: do not take anyone for granted, and reward your customers and partners for helping you grow. Even if they might be happy to recommend your products or services for free, reward them instead! At The Daring we reward you through our Ambassador Affiliate Program.   • Share your knowledge and ideas with others. When you share your knowledge, a thought or a good idea that doesn’t mean you lose it.  It doesn’t even mean there is any less left for you. As a matter of fact, quite the opposite is true. You can truly be enriched by the knowledge, the thoughts and the ideas you share with other people. Share some wisdom with someone else and now two can benefit from it. Even though there was no cost involved for you in sharing it, to the person on the receiving end, it could represent a huge value. And guess what? When you share your knowledge and your thoughts with them, they, in return, are more likely to share theirs with you. So whenever you have the opportunity to share some worthwhile knowledge or thoughts with another person, do so. It may work wonders, for you and them, and it won’t cost a thing.
  • Serve others. Give back to the world. When you live authentically and honestly you may find you develop an interconnected sense of being. There is no greater reward or satisfaction then sharing your talents with the world.
