A Daring Journey:

Combining my credentials as a Certified Dream Coach®, NLP Practitioner and Best Year Yet®! Program Leader with my 20 year+ of corporate experience as an award winning sales, strategic alliances/partnerships and marketing executive working for industry leaders like: Sun Microsystems, Oracle Corporation and KPMG Consulting,  I assist women entrepreneurs and professionals develop and implement personal and business strategies to put profits into their passion.

A native of Quebec, I moved to the United States 10 years ago.  I first landed in Washington DC then Southern California where I suffered a huge set back in 2001. Yet I dared not to give up and turned a huge setback into an opportunity. I share the entire process in The Daring Story. 

The Latest Daring Adventure:

My latest daring adventure is the creation of The International Community for Daring Women.  My vast experience has taught me what women want and need to succeed.  Membership in the International Community for Daring Women is limited to women who dare to dream and then take it step further with action.

* Daring to embrace and excel in corporate America: I am happily working in corporate America as a Global Strategic Alliance Executive while boldly creating The Daring to fill the desire many women have for “more”…

* Daring to increase income authentically: I dare to coach and consult by dynamically demonstrating how women entrepreneurs and professionals can increase their income potential, without feeling like they’re selling their soul.  My philosophies align purpose and business to fulfill living life’s dreams.

* Daring to achieve results:  Uncanny sales skills with results of quadrupling sales growth and revenue in as little as 18 months (from $22M to $88M). I enjoy building sales organizations from scratch, developing long term business relationships and building strategic partnerships.  I’ve personally negotiated global multi-million dollar deals and over $100M in Software and Services Contracts with Fortune 1000 companies.  I do not believe that negotiating has to be hard.   You can make it virtually painless … even enjoyable.

* Daring to be diverse: As a native of Quebec, Canada, I dare to spend my career working with a diverse set of senior executives and international teams in Western Europe and across the United States from Washington, D.C. to Orange County, California.

* Daring to spread my wings: I lived and worked in Europe and Mexico. I spent time in Spain to learn Spanish.

* Daring to share my expertise: I lead empowering new endeavors.  I am a Mentor with Women-Unlimited (a nationally recognized organization for cultivating leadership excellence) and a Founding Member of the Keiretsu forum, Long Beach Chapter (for business starts-ups and emerging companies seeking capital and expertise).

* Daring to lead the way to the future: As former Board Member of Nawbo-OC, I served as the Chair of Affiliates and Diversity, acted as Chair of Fund Raising for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and participated in Leadership California.  I was named in International Who’s Who of Professional Women and in International Who’s Who of IT Professionals.

* Daring to incite change: Though my career focus has been in sales and marketing, I have a passion for affecting change. My enthusiasm led me to organize coast-to-coast seminars after a new Canadian tax reform, to discuss its impact on our customer’s software environment. My efforts were rewarded by an Honorary mention from the Parliamentary Secretary to Brian Mulroney, Canada’s Prime Minister. Additionally, my research for and assistance to the prosecuting attorney in a nationally publicized felony case in Canada, resulted in the historic decision that DNA testing be allowed as a critical aspect of the forensic evidence that ensured the conviction.

* Daring to excel: My daring nature allows me to excel in all of my positions. I was nominated as Canada’s Rookie of the Year in 1993 and took second place worldwide.  Additionally, I was nominated as the Applications Sales Representative of the year in Canada in 1996 and was inducted into the Elite Club of the top 10 Product Sales Representatives in the world.  I have been recognized as one of the best instructors in Canada.
